Step 2: Publish constant Disinfolklore whose strategic purpose is to reverse the entire post-WWII rules based order (no welfare, no human rights, no freedom of movement, no healthcare, no equality of opportunity,...).
Branding Others "Socialists / Leftists / Communists / Woke"
When MAGA and its imitators Others its chosen enemies as "Socialists" it's banishing a wholly invented / fluid group of humans to an Outer Realm (see Disinfolklore’s Shapeshifting Between Inner / Outer Realm episode). Such rhetorical branding and signalling is also drawing in MAGA supporters to an imagined Inner Realm.
Step 3: "Pay" government officials to write columns in pursuit of reversing post-WWII rules-based order.
Step 4: After the politicians you promoted have bankrupted the country - £1t wasted on Brexit - go bankrupt. Enough public wealth has been transferred from the public purse into private hands.
Step 5: Entities which profited from that £1t expenditure use their profits to buy the Telegraph from bankruptcy.
Step 6: Rinse and repeat until all the "Mana" is rinsed out of the English community.
Until England resembles 1930s Europe. Then retire to an off-shore island.
