The constitution specifically forbids such people from holding office.
Unlike in France (which has convicted several former heads of state for undermining election integrity), those who had the power in the US allowed themselves to fall for the “American Exceptionalism” and the “fake polling means we can’t prosecute Donald as the ordinary unimmune citizen he is” trolls.
The Disinfolklore Apparatus normalised a completely novel notion that “if you are (supposedly) ahead in (supposedly real) polls, you are immune from the Constitution and the Rule of Law.”

All this was foreseen and foreseeable, yet the spectre of a “revolution” by the (now pardoned) Jan 6 insurrectionists if the Constitution and Rule of Law was adhered to was used to justify enabling the actions that have led to the destruction of the Republic.

When President Macron spoke to the people of France in March 2024 he signalled a sea change in France’s support for Ukraine. Today with France, its fellow nuclear power and permanent UN Security Council member, England, prepares to send a token (yet vastly symbolically and practically important) force of soldiers to Ukraine, we can celebrate. France is no longer alone in committing wholly to the ejection of Russia from Ukraine. Last February / March, however, alone of the Great Powers who defeated Russia in the first Crimean War (1853-1856), France was alone.
In 1998 Great Powers France, England and America decided to save Kosovo-Albanians from genocide by Serbia/Ruschia.

Plan as far as I can discern is:
1. Use othering / racism to create public order problems that will eventually disrupt the election /counting/ formalities.

3. Media barons and Tory politicians who participated in VIP Covid lane and laundered over £10b from the state through PPE entrepreneurs who then donated money to Tories to corrupt the election stay out of prison.
