Russian State defined "#Denazification" in this article exactly one year ago.
The argument is genocide itself (public and direct incitement to genocide breaches international law). It's also nonsense. Here's why:

UN Report: I've documented Russia's war of aggression in 10,000 Tweets, read by over 26m, retweeted 35k & "Liked" 135,000 times. UN Report catches almost everything. Here's what's important from my perspective as an Intl Lawyer:
Crime of Aggression is the highest crime possible in our civilisation. This finding by the UN Commission is literally extraordinary and almost unprecedented. In 100 years this finding will be remembered.
UN Report finds: "reasonable grounds to conclude that the invasion and Russian armed forces’ attacks against Ukraine’s territory and armed forces qualify as acts of aggression against Ukraine." This is THE most serious crime in our civilisation.

UN Commission categorises the war an an “International Armed Conflict.” This might sound obvious, but specific legal effects (none of which are positive for Russia) follow from this. Russia spent eight years trolling about it being an internal conflict.
UN Report determines: "The situation in Ukraine is an international armed conflict, pursuant to common article 2 of said Conventions." Eight years of Russian trolling about a separatist war up in smoke.
Russian Disinfolklore Ops 101: Get increasingly prestigious Western media outlets to report that other less prestigious media outlets are reporting some preposterous story. It's called "meaning" laundering. Meaning promoted neutralises bystanders' support of Russia's enemies.
UN Commission sets out the harm to Ukrainian IDPs and refugees. Every single Ukrainian who has had to leave their home as a result of Russia’s war of aggression has a cause of action for financial and other forms of compensation.

Ruzzzia's self-provocation military strategy is a three-step dance: first it attacks itself. Then, Ruzzzia spends €500m attacking Ukrainian civilians. Ruzzian Disinfolklore connects the events, & blames which ever cartoon villain Ruzzia fears on that day.
UN Commission finds that 90% of civilian casualties are caused by Russia’s use of explosive weapons. Again, grounds for compensation. Muscovy will be paying its financial debt to Ukraine for a century. No sanctions relief. Ever.

UN Commission refers to Mariupol as “besieged” by Russian forces. It has first-hand evidence of Russian armed attacks on the city as “never ending” and being “constant.”
"UN Commission interviewed over 30 Mariupol civilians who were in the city during the Russian armed forces’ siege and bombardment. They reported intensive shelling & airstrikes, including on civilian buildings, & described explosive weapons use during this period as “constant”."

UN Commission reminds us that EVERY single one of these “constant” attacks on Mariupol civilians is unlawful.

Russian Disinfolklore (disinfolklore.net) uses folkloric tropes (woods) to inspire fear that the Inner Realm (Moscow) is being threatened by a magical force (invisible quadcopter drone operators). Shapeshifting between David and Goliath.
UN Commission focuses on several of the thousands of attacks by Russia. This will be enough to prove systemic Crimes Against Humanity, Aggression and Genocide, as well as many other compensatable actions by Russia.
UN Commission finds that even in the few cases it could discern a military target for Russia’s attacks, the attacks themselves were indiscriminate. Russia’s useless weapons mean they should refrain from ANY attack. Yet, Russian doctrine to attack anyway.
UN Commission finds that Ukrainians were tortured and beaten for speaking Ukrainian. This is weighty evidence that will be used in Ukraine’s case against Russia for genocide in the International Court of Justice.

Sexual crimes, crimes against fertility are first order dimensions in Russian disinfolklore.com. It is good to see the UN Commission’s findings of Russia’s crimes in this area. This will be weighty evidence in Genocide case.
"The Commission has documented cases of sexual and gender-based violence involving women, men, & girls, aged from 4 to 82, in nine regions of 🇺🇦, and in the Russian Federation. It has found that Russian authorities have committed sexual violence in two main situations...during house searches and against victims they had confined. In addition, the Commission documented situations in which Russian authorities imposed forced nudity, in detention, at checkpoints, and filtration points."
Paleo Putin's "traditionalist" / "conservative" troll is Disinfolklore ALL weak, masculinist strongmen authoritarians can believe in. They pretend democracy is compatible with abolishing equality between the sexes. Use Cultural War issues as a wedge to kill democracy.
Forcing Ukrainians to take on useless Russian passports is another finding by the UN Commission. Even today in Melitopol Ukrainians are being persecuted in order to get a passport that won’t even give them access to occupied Crimea.

I’m particularly impressed that the UN Commission specifically notes the threatening messages sent to parents of children by Russian occupiers’ schools. I have picked these up constantly from Ukrainian info space

Also cases of detention, ill-treatment & expulsion from their hometowns of school principals and teachers to force them to apply Russian curricula in schools. Threatening and intimidating messages were sent to parents to force them to enrol their children in schools operating under the Russian system in occupied areas..."
If Russia hadn't murdered Ukrainian athlete Dariia Kurdel while she was training for the Olympics, Dariia would have enjoyed seeing Russia lose the #Olympics sport of threatening genocide. No other country was competing. Threatening genocide breaches international law.
Wimbledon's 2022 stance was correct: NO way of enabling Russian or Belarussian athletes to participate, without the Russian state using such participation as a means of promoting its "Z" brand. UN Commission has now established👇🏽Russia as liable for the Crime of Aggression.
Let's decode Olympics troll that participation in sport is a human right. Ukrainian international lawyer Hersch Lauterpacht's vision for human rights as UNIVERSAL as a matter of LAW was accepted as LAW by 1949.
Russia wins #Olympics sport of threatening genocide against the most countries. No other country was competing. Mainly because threatening genocide breaches multiple international laws.

Human Rights as a matter of law were accepted as LAW after the holocaust & Nazi/Soviet occupation of Ukraine killed MILLIONS of Ukrainians 1941-1945. Only States have a duty to protect human rights, not Olympics. ALL human rights are subject to derogation.
Even the Right to Life is subject to derogations delineated by law, such as the Right to Self Defence. Most Human Rights in Euro Convention of HR (which no longer binds Russia, though Russia IS bound by the customary intl law of human rights) can be derogated from on...
certain grounds. Russia's "Z" symbol is a direct and public incitement to genocide. That is the "Z" symbols meaning. ANY Russian Olympian will attract the use of that sign in connection with Olympics. Olympics and states in which Olympics work have a duty to prevent this.
Olympics cynically argues it would be discriminatory to exclude "Z" magnet Ruschist-state supporting athletes (advertising hoardings for genocide). Discrimination is lawful when it serves higher order aims, like preventing public and direct incitement for genocide.
EU & Germany democratically decided Russia's war of aggression is so unusual as to justify respectively €70b and €15b on arming & supporting Ukraine. Olympics needs to adopt the EU's perspective as the rationale for excluding "Z" magnetic genocide-advertising Ruschists.
Olympics Isis Compromise.
After Isis complained about "victimisation" and "discrimination" #Olympics and #Wimbledon will allow #Isis athletes to compete under a Black Flag. "No skull n' crossbones though," a Wimbledon spokesperson told us.

Discrimination on normally protected grounds is lawful where public safety, public policy & other public goods are served. Enabling Russian state to exploit its athletes' participation in global sports promotes the crimes of aggression and genocide - the ultimate crimes.
"Denazification" was first defined AFTER Russia lost the Battle of Kyiv, & after it withdrew to focus on failing to capture the Donbas. This is what "Denazification" means, according to the #Russian State:
1. #Ukraine's democratically elected Parliament lawfully impeached. Pro-Russia Ukrainian president in Feb 2014.
2 #Ukraine properly elects two further presidents which Russia claims are weak (I monitored president zelenskyy's election for OSCE - Z won with 73% and every district in 🇺🇦 (except one)).
3 Everyone in #Ukraine who supports Ukrainian self-determination is branded a "fascist" and a "Nazi" by the Russian regime, which was never elected.
4 🇺🇦's democratically elected presidents are accused of "appeasing" the vast majority of Ukrainians who support 🇺🇦 Self-determination.
5 Russia brands its paid agents (like Medvedchuk) in Ukraine as "anti-fascist" (even though the Ruschist State they represent is itself led by unelected fascists.
6 Russia then argues anyone who opposes its paid agents undermining Ukraine's sovereignty is a "Nazi" who needs "denazification." "Denazification" equals death to anyone who is branded as a Nazi.
So Russia, a fascist state led by an undemocratic mad king gets to decide who and who isn't a "Nazi." Then the Mad King gets to murder anyone who he brands as a "Nazi."
This is the fundamental cassus belli in Ukraine. As Soviet Russia did with antisemitism: disguise anti-semitism in the clothes of "anti-zionism" Muscovy now disguises mass murder of democratic Ukrainians by dehumanising them as "Nazis." That's all there is to it.
