Only thing we need to hear from Russians who "love Russia" is "Forgive us, Ukraine!" then complete silence. For ever more.

And if there's one thing the Chef is better at than almost any other Disinfolklorist living today, it's Disinfolklore.
So while physically taking Moscow and of that weaving the authority over all Ruschians through Disinfolklore is one tactic.
There may be other ways to create Right and authority in the minds of Russians, and like Napoleon returning in triumph from exile, I wouldn't be counting the Chef out.
