How Telegram is Controlled by Ruschist State. Many of us have a motivated bias. We don’t want to admit the useful Ruschian State controlled Telegram app is a wolf in sheep’s clothing.
We are offered myths (Disinfolklore) about its founders’ love of free speech and “independence.”

To be clear: there is no way of compromising with Telegram: if it’s on your phone, the Ruschian state can access you. Anywhere.
First through Disinfolklore concealed among data / gossip that you find useful.
And, second, through back door access Telegram and the Ruschian state has to your data via the app, even if you delete it.
Third, meta data enables FSB to understand vast networks of people through who they contact, contact lists, and what they look at.

Telegram propels Ruschia’s brain-washing Disinfolklore directly into the minds of Ruschia’s victims and genocide perpetrators. Donetsk residents between 2014-2022 became unknowing parts of a system designed by Russia in Ukraine from 2014 onwards that would force them after 24th February 2022 into participating in endless “meat assaults.”
Their destiny was to be killed by their fellow Ukrainians lawfully defending their country’s territorial integrity and freedom from Russian occupation. And Disinfolklore delivered through Ruschia’s monopoly on communications was the method of propelling them towards a destiny few could have imagined was possible when in 2012 Donetsk hosted the European football championships.
This is what is at stake in Counter Disinfolklore: Controlling War Magic. If Russia can achieve that dastardly feat in Donetsk using Disinfolklore, Russia and other bad actors could, similarly, convince, using Disinfolklore, any population group of humans anywhere to participate in genocide against members of their own community.

The Russian State uses Telegram to organise its agent networks across the world. Far right protests in every European country are organised through Telegram by the Russian State. Many Ukrainians I know love Telegram - it’s a great source of information. However, once you use it, you are compromised. You will find reasons to keep it on your phone, thereby subjecting yourself to participation into a network created by and for the purposes of the Ruschian state.
P.S. It is also reported one of the charges against the supposed owner of Telegram arrested in Paris recently is that it was used to listen in to conversations of President Macron’s office manager. Once you start wondering how this is possible, while you have the app on your phone, hoping someone will explain that such an unconfirmed report is rubbish so guilt-free you can keep it on your phone, well that’s a sign you should delete it. Immediately. It’s often the questioning / wondering which once my incoming troll radar notices I am engaged in about some troll which alerts me to the fact that I am being trolled.

⚡️"Narrative" once the preserve of philosophers now mostly used unknowingly by those high on right wing authoritarian psych scale. Peterson whose schtick is to moan about Frankfurt School actually abuses their insights to trigger high right wing authoritarian followers.
This is why we need the precision of the connected concepts of “Disinfolklore” and intention / motivation / consent hacking Mana laden emotionally resonant trolls that are promoted in our info-space. Narrative is too woolly a concept - for example when someone uses it to describe a Disinfolklore vector they are often promoting confusion about the Mana / Meaning (say, Ukraine should surrender to genocide) and a Vector printed by a Russian citizen writing a story for the New Orc Times that communicates the Mana / Meaning (‘the West will give-up providing Ukrainian arms. So it’s hopeless.’).
Disinfolklore never consciously uses the term ‘narrative.
⚡️Genocide: A Short History Since Full-Scale Invasion
As a Cambridge University trained international lawyer, I don’t use the term genocide lightly.
@DecodingTrolls first mention of "genocide" in relation to Russia's occupation was on 1st March 2022.
Polish President first used the term genocide publicly to signify Ruschia’s full-scale invasion on 10th March 2022 (see attached - I’ve kept all the receipts).
President Zelenskyy, who like me trained as an International Law specialist, first described as genocide the full scale invasion on April 5th 2022 while visiting Bucha.
That mention referred to how Russia had been accusing Ukraine of committing genocide against its own citizens in eastern Ukraine since 2014.
Ukraine brought a case against Russia in the International Court of Justice compelling Russia to provide evidence of this Accusation in a Mirror in 2021.
Thereafter, as the unexpected enormity of the brutality by Russian occupiers in Ukraine became clearer and clearer, @DecodingTrolls advocated for the triggering of the Duty to Prevent by signatories of the genocide convention in over fifty tweets before the end of April 2022. A small selection of them are shown here.
In May 2022 New Lines Institute published an exhaustive and persuasive legal analysis of Russia’s activities in Ukraine after February 24th, 2022. It found that Russia was committing genocide.
I now recognise as Stealth Genocide what I witnessed between January 2015 and February 2022 working as a diplomat in eastern Ukraine. All of Ruschia’s Disinfolklore apparatus was convincing Ukrainians in Ruschia occupied Ukraine that they were Russian, that Ukrainians wanted to kill them, and that they should participate in genocide against their fellow Ukrainians on behalf of the Ruschist.
To the Ruschist it simply doesn’t matter if a brainwashed Ukrainian in Ruschia occupied Ukraine kills or is killed by another Ukrainian. That’s the insidioysbess of Ruschia’s Genocide as a service genocide model.
