Those of us who are paying attention should be as scared today as the European aristocracy was in the 1780s. While it’s undoubtedly a Good Thing that Russia conceded defeat this week, the vision that the PayPal Mafia have for us isn’t much better than what the Russians wanted to do to us: mass deportations, starvation, genocide and depopulation so we would b ruled by White Supremacist European Muscovites.
By contrast, in search for their version of utopia, the PayPal Mafia’s future for us is of Mass Infection by deadly viruses (computational, informational and biological), mass disease and depopulation.
Hopefully, the PayPal mafia’s utopian vision will be the result, but most of us won’t be around to experience it.
Had Russia’s vision prevailed… Well, those of us who studied twentieth century Soviet history and their murder of 50m+ people and those few of us who like me lived inside the Russian occupation of Ukraine understand it was equally apocalyptic, but with no golden age after the suffering.
Donald had two monkeys on his back - Russian Mafia and the Paypal Mafia. Both monkeys helped elect him in 2016 and in 2024 (though in different proportions were their respective contributions felt).
The Paypal Mafia declared victory over the Russian Monkey this week with its takeover of the CDC (Centers for Disease Control) and public health in America and humanity. Donald is now as unfree as he ever was to pursue his own policies (whatever they would be) had he not made these Faustian bargains in order to win power.

The Good News is that Russia's missile attack on the European Union embassy in Kyiv and on the British Council in Kyiv demonstrates Russia’s recognition that it has lost the war in Ukraine and its attempt to coerce the EU to force Ukraine to submit. Now any time Donald exhorts EU powers to surrender in some way to Russia, citing the destruction of its headquarters in Kyiv from a targeted Russian missile strike will suffice to push-back.
Russia’s characteristically emotional reaction to its own incompetent attempt to destroy Ukraine will unleash a chain of events that will hurry on the destruction of the Russian state and its splintering into 20-30 maybe 40 sovereign states covering the current territory of the Russian Federation. The outworking of the inevitable destruction of the current Russian State I will deal with in different podcasts. That's not the main purpose of this podcast. But the Good News anyway in any event is that the Russian State now recognises the inevitability of its annihilation by Ukraine with the support of European powers. This recognition is demonstrated by its pointless attack on Kyiv.
The Russian State’s final destruction not only takes one monkey from Donald's back but also removes the centuries’ of genocides and destruction and environmental degradation that Russia has brought us from humanity’s back.
The Bad News however is that the PayPal Mafia monkey on Donald's back (as manifested for instance by fake hillbilly JD Vance's vice presidency of the USA and one of Peter Thiel's lieges) as well as this week's takeover by Peter Thiel (and his Lieutenant Jim O’Neill) of the Centers of Disease Control (CDC) is for me at the end of the beginning of the PayPal Mafia's ambitious, risky, and now successful reach for control over not only the greatest country the world has ever seen but also over global public health and welfare of basically humanity.
I suppose I have a particular perspective on this aspect since I've followed very closely the cultural history of the pandemic. I have written extensively on the Covid Endgame, early on the emergence of the Omicron variant which has just in the past week mutated again into a world-sickening viral emissary of utter darkness, the implications for human rights of forcing a Mass Infection policy on humanity, Covid Molecular Politics, and the definitive story of the Mass Infection so-called Herd Immunity strategy adopted very early in the pandemic by the English government.
From the first moment I recognised that the policy approach being adopted by the UK and US governments to Covid’s emergence was to infect everyone, I have been fascinated by where this idea was generated. This frankly bizarre and crazy idea that emerged in January 2020 that the optimum way to deal with a mutating virus that cleaves to the ACE2 receptors in the human body which we have everywhere (in our brain and our genitals and our legs and throughout all of our organs (including our vascular system)) and a mutating virus that has a Superantigen-like insert which perpetually tickles our so-called immune system.
A virus which actually occupies aspects of our immune system and has a whole number of other tricks. I have been fascinated at how a mad idea that that the optimum way of dealing with this virus rather than wiping it out was to allow it to rip and Mass Infect humanity emerged.
The twin ideas that those those susceptible to the first mutation of the virus should sacrifice themselves and that those who survived would be immune to the first iteration of a mutating virus was so outlandish that it could not have taken hold and been amplified without some force behind it.
That force is those around PayPal Mafia and the Disinfolklore titled Palentir (named for magic stones in Tolkien’s work). Of course not only has this empirically not worked out in practice (we see this as now again we're at the beginning of another world-beating Covid mutation of the omicron variant (which initially emerged at the end of November in 2021) itself a mutation from earlier versions of the virus).
I've followed closely how humanity has become infected by this idea which our lived experience of people dying and being constantly sickened by mutations of Covid contradicts.
So that today it is hard to find anyone who does not subscribe to the frankly bizarre idea that in order to get immunity to what you want to avoid needing to exercise your immunity against first you needed to be infected by the virus.
This idea which was fringe at at best in January 2020 has a particular genesis and the PayPal Mafia, the people in Stanford and Silicon Valley birthed it. And through a Disinoflklore Apparatus that makes the Russians look like amateurs, this small coterie of people - the PayPal Mafia - persuaded humanity to let Covid rip, not to try and prevent being infected by it and to pooh! pooh! the very ideas of cleaning the air using cheap and widely available HEPA filters and FFP2/3 masks.
It took even China several years to come to terms with the idea of letting Covid rip and even now China is not fully on board. Yet the power of the PayPal Mafia and its Great Barrington Declaration trolling all from the humble beginnings of the Stanford Antibodies paper that I charted in May 2020 is that humanity has adopted this perspective. Today, those who created the debunked Stanford Antibodies paper are now in charge of the National Institutes of Health and the CDC.

In January 2020 a group of scared Silicon Valley oligarchs assembled to decide how to prevent the, then foreseen, Stay At Home orders they believed would destroy their companies. A patina of academic evidence was needed to justify letting Covid rip, even if it meant millions dying…
We all remember Putler’s long table as he tried to avoid being infected by the virus. Yet eventually this Mass Infection idea which was generated in Santa Clara County in California and projected out into the world (it must be said helped by the British government and by the people around the then Prime Minister Boris Johnson who were very tuned in to Silicon Valley thinking about how best to =deal with the virus and let it rip) … and here we are three years later with another world beating variant taking hold and hospitalizing people all over the world. Millions have died since and yet this this such an unpromising idea that they managed to persuade humanity to accept which harms them, harms their family and in such a way that that they're quite blind to it this group of people this energy around them has been so successful that we must realise it is a force stronger than even Russia was at its height. And now by hijacking Russia’s hijacking of America, the PayPal Mafia have taken over America itself.
The PayPal Mafia therefore has won the battle to control Donald and overcome the Russian Mafia’s attempt to steer Donald towards sacrificing Ukraine. Russia too has realised this - that is my reading of Russia’s missile strikes on the British Council and the European Union Delegation in Kyiv. This demonstrates that Russia understands it is at a dead end. Russia has lost 20% of its oil refinery capacity in the past three weeks alone. Russia has lost the power to exhort Donald to get Ukraine to desist from destroying the Russian fossil fuel industry (the sole ingredient of the Russian economy).
So the Good News is that Russia is done. But the Bad News is that the same PayPal Mafia - the other monkey on Donald’s back - which persuaded humanity to accept death and sickness from an ever-mutating virus is now in control.
I want to communicate their perspective to you: So if you can put yourself in the mind of most of the European aristocracy in the 1780s as they watched the French Revolution and the American Revolution unfurl. They feared for their lives. They feared for their system of governance. What was being unfurled in France and in America, in Philadelphia and elsewhere was so new was so novel that it promised an entirely new structure of society and of economic organization. That structure led to horrific wars. The colonization of Africa and many parts of Asia. The era od the democratisation of capital and bourgeois revolutions led ultimately the creation of the PayPal Mafia created by South African apartheid-era escapees to America - Thiel, Musk, Sacks, Andreessen - who constitute the core of the PayPal Mafia combined with the outworkingsof this amazing experiment in the United states (that led in the 1940s to the creation of Hewlett-Packard had the institutionalization of innovation on the scale that humanity had never before witnessed in Silicon Valley and at Stanford University.
From a pro-Ukraine perspective this week has not been too bad. It doesn't really matter to the PayPal Mafia who wins in Ukraine. Initially they were afraid of Russia losing, but if they now control America then they can overcome the Russian Mafia looking for their money nestled in Silicon Valley’s venture capital funds.
The most important victory was to keep Donald in power long enough for JD Vance to take over and for them to establish sovereign states like they plan to in Greenland and Washington DC and across the globe.

But ultimately my job is to reconceptualize the present so that you can decode trolls all around you in your daily life. And his is how I see things as they are today.Hi there, I'm Decoding Trolls. I'm here to talk to you, give you some good news and some bad news. So the good news is Russia is finally going to die. This week, the Russian state bombed the British Council and also the European Union's delegation headquarters in Kyiv.
So this is in a long line of attacks on the European Union and indeed on Britain and on the West. And in some ways, although it will pass many people by, this is the beginning of the end for Russia. This kind of senseless violence cannot stand.
We will remember the first protests around the 21st of November 2013 broke out in Kiev. which were protests against the refusal by the then pro-Russia president of Ukraine to sign a European Economic Association agreement. Yanukovych, the then Ukrainian president, was his chief advisor was a jack called Paul Manafort.
who was later jailed for tax fraud and acting as an unregistered foreign agent for the Ukrainian government. Manafort is back advising Trump now. And so when Russian propaganda talks about a CIA plot to capture Ukraine. That is kind of true, but not in the way the Russians mean, because it was a plot between Paul Manafort,
who was paid for by four pro-Russia oligarchs to divide and ruin Ukraine from, I think it was around 2005 or 2005. onwards when he began to advise Yanukovych until Yanukovych ran away in February 2014 after these protests. And Paul Manafort's own children in leaked text messages from a year after the
Heavenly 100 were murdered in the Maidan by snipers acting under Russian provocation in Kyiv. It was Paul Manafort's idea, according to his children, his own children, that people, the protesters, should be violently suppressed, which would create pressure from the European Union to pressure the demonstrators to accept the continuation of his boss, Yanukovych's presidency. And in fact,
the current Polish foreign minister at the time was also foreign minister of Poland. He was in Kyiv at the time and he had negotiated a deal between the demonstrators. and the Ukrainian authorities at the time, that the demonstrators would stand down. But this deal was messed up when Yanukovych ran away.
So we see many of the same players are involved now 10, 11 years later in what is going on in Ukraine. The European Union is one of them. Paul Manafort is still advising Donald Trump. Sikorsky is still, or is now again, Polish foreign minister.
The demonstrators on the Maidan are no longer a large subset of the Ukrainian population. They are the entire Ukrainian. And they are not just a raggle-taggle army of football supporters organising around to Pravi Sektor and Azov Battalion in Kyiv to hold back the might of the Second Army of the world.
Ukraine's army is probably the preeminent army in the world at the moment. due to their integration of drone technology and tactics, which have brought and are bringing Russia to its knees. So when Russia this week bombed the European Union delegation in Kyiv, This is a message from Russia,
which is well received and understood by people such as me and others who have been following this conflict at close quarters since the very beginning. And I spent seven years in eastern Ukraine working for the Organization for Security and Corporation of Europe. And what is going on in Ukraine informs all of my work.
And it is not just because it informs my work that I am interested in Ukraine. It is that from very early on, it became clear to me from really the summer of 2016, when Paul Manafort, who strangely at the time had suddenly become Donald Trump's campaign manager and Tom Barrack, who was Donald Trump's best friend,
who was later also convicted of acting as a foreign agent and who is now resurrected as the United States ambassador to Turkey. Tom Barrack and Paul Manafort arranged for the commitment in the Republican Party's platform for the 2016 presidential election. to take away the commitment to arm Ukraine. And at the time,
we're only talking about Javelin missile systems, so anti-tank missile systems, which people like me who didn't know much about military things at the time thought would be enough to hold back the Russians. And sure, for the first week of the full-scale invasion in February 2022, having anti-tank missile systems, each costing, I think, around 200,000 euros or $200,000,
was great. but it was a complement to the civil and military discipline and enthusiasm and innovation which drove the Russians back finally from Kyiv after the Russians lost the Battle of Mostyn on the 28th of March 2022 and Russia then retreated and declared that phase one of the special military operation was over
and that then they would begin phase two and at the time they were briefing the Russians were briefing that phase two would be concluded by so-called victory day which is May 9th in 2022 instead And in order to reach that, the Russians killed 25,000 civilians in Mariupol by carpet bombing the city of Mariupol.
They also killed 10,000 civilians in a city where I lived for three years, between 2015, 2018 and Severodonetsk. And yet on Victory Day 2022, I'll post the picture, rather than Putin declaring victory, he sat at the Victory Day parade with a blanket around his knees.
And then it was briefed that by the end of June, Russia would have concluded phase two. And remember, at this time, phase two is publicly simply to occupy Luhansk on Donetsk. oblasts, which Russia had been trying to occupy since 2014 and had initially been held back by a raggle-taggle army focused around two football supporters groups that
manifested as Pravi Sector, Wright Sector and the Azov Battalion, which today is now a part of the Ukrainian army and a story part of the Ukrainian army, another character in our story. By the end of June 2022, Russia still hadn't captured all of Donetsk and Luhansk.
So they concocted this plan to conquer city Bakhmut, which they thought was a realisable goal. By the end of July, they sent their best forces there under the command of the chef of disinfo-clore, Prigozhin, who had got Donald Trump elected in 2016 through his disinformation operations, who got Brexit done in Britain also in 2016.
And Prigozhin's Wagner military units were eviscerated in Bakhmut. And as I record this now today, it is being reported that their successors in Mali are being run out of Mali and run out of Africa as well. And Ukraine did that. Ukraine destroyed Russia's best elite army unit under the brand, the neo-Nazi, the Nazi brand Wagner,
founded by Utkin, a Russian soldier and first manifested in Ukraine when I was there in 2014, 2015 in Luhansk. and then became part of the distant folklore apparatus because they were seen as such a fierce, formidable force which was involved in the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people in Syria, which drove millions of refugees into Europe,
which led to Orban's election, the Law and Justice Party's election in Poland, and of course to Brexit. So the carpet bombing of Syria by the Russian army was part of their strategy to bring about political change in Europe. Also, because that carpet bombing began, remember, in September 2015, all to deliver Ukraine to Russia. And here we are,
flash forward 2022, and Russia is being continually being eviscerated, not only on the battlefield in Ukraine, where it's lost a million soldiers since it took them 10 months to take Bakhmut, which was supposed to only come by the end of July, because of the delays in Bakhmut being held there by the Ukrainian army.
And of course, Bakhmut was a strategic dead end. It led nowhere. The conquest of Bakhmut delivered no Russia no closer geographically or strategically to winning phase two, which was to conquer and occupy all of Luhansk and Donetsk by, at that time, it was supposed to be the 1st of September.
And then very close to the 1st of September, Russia had to retreat from Kherson. And we know from Bob Woodworth's reporting that the American president prevented Ukraine than from eviscerating the 100,000 Russian troops retreating from Pearson because they were afraid of nuclear war. And so instead of destroying the Russian army as it retreated,
which is allowed in the laws of war, Ukraine had to let them go in order to keep American support on board, the tepid American military support at that time on board. Russia then legislated a couple of days before this massive retreat, which we all knew was going to come.
They legislated into their so-called constitution these areas of there, Kherson, Zaporozhye, Luhansk and Donetsk, which they had not occupied by military force. They legislated into their constitution. and then now have spent for the past four years or three years trying to persuade the world to pressure Ukraine into accepting their brutal occupations of these
areas and of late are trying to convince and successfully try to convince some of the really bizarre people collected around Donald Trump, that somehow Russia is making a concession by only accepting from Ukraine the areas of Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts, which after 10 years of war it cannot occupy,
Russia tries to persuade us that it's a concession by them to not occupy any more land in Ukraine. But even though they cannot occupy these lands by military means, if the West and Ukraine will just give Russia these lands in negotiations, that Russia will not try to take any further lands. And it's very clear now, clearly,
when it is sending missiles to destroy the European Union delegation headquarters in Kiev and the British Council in Kiev, that Russia finally gets the message from Europe which is that Europe and Ukraine, Europe including Ukraine, will not concede any territory to Russia, which it cannot win by military force,
and that Ukraine will be helped until it destroys the Russian army or the Russian army makes the decision it should have made after a week in March 2022, which any sensible military would have made was to retreat immediately. But instead, Russia keeps on doubling down And now with the gloves off, Ukraine is eviscerating the oil industry.
And we have a situation in which Donald publicly has been archetyping himself as a peacemaker under what I believe is a bogus aim of trying to win the Nobel Peace Prize. But this is just a cover for the ultimate reason that Donald is in the presidency and is taking these actions,
which is to pay Russia back for the help it gave him in the 2016 elections and ever since in his policies. And all Russia really wants from Donald is to deliver Ukraine. But unfortunately for Russia and for Donald, because he's got this monkey on his back, which is Russia, that wants Ukraine.
Donald may be destroying America, and this is where we're going to get to the bad news, may be destroying America and that may please Russia, but it doesn't really help Russia because it doesn't help Russia conquer Ukraine. And so we have a situation in where the European powers are clearly we have seen
since that White House meeting in February 2025, including Chancellor Mertz, Prime Minister Maloney, Starmer, President Macron and all the powers, the Nordic, Scandinavian, Finnish powers who are giving Belgium or the Netherlands, these countries which are giving Ukraine incredible materiel help, F-16s and the like. We see this incredible rallying around of Ukraine with a certain menacing
determination that maybe, maybe, just maybe, Russia sending the missiles to hit the European Union delegation, the European Union embassy in the centre of Kyiv last week, demonstrates the Russians have finally got the message, yet their only strategy, because they cannot win on the battlefield, they keep on throwing everything they have into one last push.
So we've had endless deadlines, 50 more days from Donald before secondary sanctions are introduced. Donald is convinced by the Russians, we just need 50 more days to take more land, to take Pokrovsk, which again was a strategically important city in 2014, but is no longer a strategically important city. It's a road to nowhere for the Russians.
It's a minor city. doesn't even guarantee the conquest of all of Donetsk. And yet they have spent another hundreds of thousands of men, of souls, of lives on it. And in the past few days, all of their advances over the past six to eight weeks in Pogrosk, or most of them, have been rolled back by the Ukraine,
by the mighty Ukrainian army, with their amazing tactics and their integration, their world-class, never before been seen. The US Army boasted yesterday that it has done the first drone-on-drone kill. So it has used a drone to shoot down an aircraft. Ukraine did that a year ago in battle. It shot down a Russian fighter jet.
It shot down Russian helicopters. It destroyed a third of Russia's strategic bomber fleet in one operation using drones. And the list goes on of the achievements of Ukraine. And there we have the US Army boasting that it's managed in a clinical-type situation in an exercise to use a drone to shoot down an aircraft.
So that gives us an idea of where Ukraine is at. So we've gone from... when Ukraine was being archetyped as dependent on the West for security guarantees, i.e. the Western armies would come in to save Ukrainian army. Now, this has been switched completely the other way around and it's the Ukrainian army...
upon which the security of Europe depends. It is the pivot around, it's the core. So when we talk about forces, foreign forces in Ukraine, after the Russians withdraw from 100% of Ukraine, When we talk about these forces going in, that's the quid, but the quo is that Ukraine will protect the rest of Europe from Russia because now
we know America is no longer dependable and NATO, which is constructed around having American forces as its core. So there's no... It's not a... All the modules of NATO fit together with assuming a central command which no longer is reliable for European forces. And therefore, we need,
as Chancellor Mertz stated in a Politico interview about a month before he was elected, he understood we need a new security architecture. in Europe. And there's only one military force in Europe around which we can build that. And so that is being built. I'm convinced of that. I have no access to secret information.
But it's pretty clear for me from what is being said and stated by European leaders, especially since that meeting in the White House in February 2025, when the US President Trump and Vice President made it very clear that they were trying to force Ukraine into surrender. European leaders rallied around President Zelensky then and have done so ever
since, including in that meeting two weeks ago in the White House. So the very good news is all that I've described to you. It's very sad news for Americans. And it's very sad that many Americans don't yet understand that this is what has happened. The world has changed and it's changed permanently. It's gone. It's dead.
The idea of America as a savior of the West, of Americans' weapons systems being necessary. Ukraine is only playing for time at the moment. It wants to keep President Trump on board. It wants to keep the European powers on board. No one is ready yet for a concrete proposal.
withdrawal from America and America still has a lot to give. It still has great weapon systems like the Patriot missile system and Europe is willing to pay for these systems on behalf of Ukraine and Donald needs cover for what he's really trying to do which is stay in power and stay in control and we'll
get to the bad news in a second which is related to what Donald is really trying to do and the other forces, the other monkeys on his back which are using him. And so the situation at the moment is that Europe has persuaded Donald that America should sell weapons. So this addresses the
the false idea that Ukraine was being a supplicant and a parasite on American generosity when, of course, as we understand, it was America which persuaded Ukraine to give up its strategic bomber fleet, to give up its nuclear weapons in exchange for what turned out to be false assurances that America would protect Ukraine. And American weaponry
under Biden, was given secondhand stuff, which was basically worthless in inventory. And then by having to replace it, American jobs were created. But anyway, MAGA needed to archetype Ukraine as a parasite in order to help its Russian backers. And this whole myth arose that Ukraine was a parasite on America rather than
claiming it's just right under the Budapest Memorandum of 1994 when it gave up its nuclear arsenal in exchange for security guarantees, security assurances, whatever you want to call them. There was no... President Clinton didn't say, oh, we're not going to protect you. We're going to throw you to the wolves. And...
So as part of that whole game that MAGA played, Europe's now response to is, okay, well, we'll pay for the weapons. And of course, Europe is one of America's greatest customers for its weaponry, which is a big part of its military industrial complex. And Europe has a lot of leverage there.
And so by saying it will pay for these weapons, it has pulled a rug from under Donald and the people around him. So they can hardly say no. So we have seen announcements of weapons sales. to Ukraine, advanced weapon systems, which are very welcome. Many people like me who've been watching this very closely will believe them when
they're actually delivered. But that whole game is going quite well from a European and Ukrainian perspective. Donald is pretending to seek peace. Donald is pretending to help Ukraine. And Europe is pretending to accept that Donald is genuinely seeking peace and Ukraine is doing the same. And so on that whole shadow game,
which is away from the actual battlefield and away from Ukraine's evisceration of the Russian oil industry, 17 to 20% refinery capacity gone in the past three weeks. Another two gone last night, two refineries gone last night. And it seems nothing will stop Ukraine now from completely destroying the entire basis of the entire Russian economy.
economy at this stage. And that's why I say it's great news that Russia is being deleted and we'll talk again in the future about what's going to succeed Russia and the future there. We're talking maybe 30, 40 sovereign states. a lot of opportunities for us, a whole new way of helping states develop and evolve and the debts,
the trillions in debts will reside in Muscovy and the people in Muscovy and they will be contained using drone and missile technology which Ukraine has already developed and possibly they will be able to repay their debts if they have any assets left using those assets. But that's a whole other story,
which is reimagining Central Asia without the white supremacist European Muscovite colonisers using terror, falsification, murder, genocide, mass population movements, starvation, economic starvation, and just the most ridiculously inefficient governance system that humankind has ever developed. So keeping this white supremacist Muscovite horde confined to barracks, confined to this tiny part of Europe,
probably along the borders that Muscovy had in 1492 or even in 1792 before the Russian Empire was declared. And then the rest of Central Asia will be divided between Europe, China and America. And so we will see a new great game, which is already emerging. And it's wonderful. We'll focus on that in the future.
That is great news. Now, the bad news is the cost of all of this inside the American hierarchy has been that basically Russia, in order to conquer Ukraine, got to dominate the American presidency from the 2016 elections and 2020 elections they lost. And Donald in 2024 had to make a pact with two devils, with Silicon Valley,
which I'm using as a moniker, Stanford, for his vice president, for instance, is a representative of a guy called Peter Thiel, who was one of the PayPal founders and runs Palantir. If you understand distant folklore, it's never far from any of our considerations here.
And Palantir is named for some magic stones in Lord of the Rings, sorry, in the Tolkien book. And distant folklore, which I developed as an analytical method, but also as a way of seeing and an empirical observation. That folklore was never far from geopolitical,
whether it's don't poke the bear or the kinds of stories which hack people's minds, as I saw in eastern Ukraine, to such an extent that they lose their identities. Distan folklore is not far away from anywhere. I didn't know about Palantir at that point, but it's totally hooked in
to what I'm going to talk about now, which is the bad news in many respects. So if we look at the world as it existed, say, in 1780, 1790, around the time of the We are looking at this small area which overthrows the monarch and executes them and establishes a totally new form of democratic governance, liberty, equality,
fraternity, solidarity. And looking at that entity from, say, the perspective of Britain or the rest of the world, there was a lot of shock and horror and concerns from the existing ruling class. And America itself also, which got the energy and the materiel from the French Revolution, to establish itself also was seen with huge suspicion, obviously,
from the ancien regimes and the monarchies, and America was a revolutionary republic. So if we can imagine that perspective now, so at the moment, so now we are where the American experiment succeeded, The French Revolution succeeded. And yes, there are monarchies throughout Europe and elsewhere. They survived. But we elect our governments and the sovereign,
the identity of sovereign and subject, which is the best definition there is of democracy, is closer than it has ever been. So we may have, say, in Britain, the sovereign is actually a person who is the monarch. but actually the people are sovereign in actual fact. So the theory and the constitutional reality are different from the actuality,
which is really we elect our governments in most of the so-called monarchies. But if we now look at America and what is going on, which is invisible, I think, to a lot of people, and one of the edges I have to be able to see what is happening is from very early on in the COVID pandemic,
I recognised something extremely weird was going on where out of Stanford and Silicon Valley was an attempt to create in the minds, not just of Americans, of science, of universities, of Europeans and of the world, the idea of mass infection by a deadly virus which evolves and mutates was an
acceptable means of dealing with that deadly virus rather than as had happened in previous pandemics where the virus was shut down very early And SARS-2 COVID was particularly dangerous because it has something that its predecessor, SARS-1, didn't have, which is it cleaves to the ACE2 receptors. We've got them everywhere in our brain. all over our body,
in all of our cells, in all of our arteries, ACE2 receptors, where SARS-1 didn't cleave to those particular access points to our cells. And it's also got a super antigen-like insert on its spike, which means it basically tickles our immune system constantly, constantly, like strep, like there is a super antigen in the strep.
And these are two massive differences. They're physical differences in this virus but very early on we had an intuition that it was terrible and we had all these lockdowns and or not lockdowns and debates about lockdowns and all that but throughout all of this there was this engine which emanated from stanford and the
area around silicon valley that was promoting the idea that mass infection to this mutating virus for which you cannot get immunity to a mutating virus because the whole point is as it mutates, it evades your immunity. And there was a time, there was a moment, there was, it was quite a long moment really until Alpha,
until they let it go, let COVID go in Britain. And alpha was brewed. And then we ended up with delta. And then so many experts said, oh, delta, that's the last throw of the dice, famous Irish epidemiologist said a week before Omicron emerged in late November 2021. And now we're still on Omicron.
And as I speak to you now, we have a new mutated version, which, at least on paper, is the perfect mutating, immune evasive version of Omicron. and could be about to overtake the world. And we've been through many, many different phases and many people have been infected a lot. I haven't been infected.
I wear an FFP2 mask or FFP3 mask all the time inside. But, you know, I'm only one mistake away from being infected. But the perspective I have is on how weird it has been to watch people who, if you had said to them in January 2020, oh, this deadly virus,
which is going to kill 30 million people in the short term, as the first versions of COVID did, Delta and the first wild version and Alpha did, and then we're going to let it mutate and mutate and mutate until it perfectly undermines the immune systems and the organs and the vascular, the arteries, the brains,
Every aspect that gives us good health, we're going to let that rip. And that's our solution to it, because eventually the virus will kill and destroy all the organisms which are susceptible to it. And then we're going to be left with a few people who are immune to it. In theory, that doesn't even make sense.
But if I'd said that to you in January 2020, that that's how we're gonna deal with the virus, you would have said to me that was mad. And there was a huge furore in England on the 13th of March, 2020, when it was revealed that they were in the terms of then Prime Minister,
advisor who was obsessed with Silicon Valley and really tuned in to these people that I'm going to talk about bad news, who are now in charge of the CDC and the National Institute of Health in America and have been appointed by anti-vax RFK Jr. who spent years promoting Russian information warfare vectors about Ukraine.
and now is health secretary and is basically counselling public health and vaccinations and is promoting all sorts of quack methods. If I had said to you in January 2020, this is what's going to happen, you, like me, would not have believed me. And yet there were people in Stanford, within a few miles of Stanford, including Peter Thiel,
who has just had his man appointed to the head of the CDC and who is behind J.D. Vance, which is the other monkey on Donald Trump's back. They, however, did plan this out. And they've had many setbacks along the way, but ultimately they now have control, political control of America through the vice presidency,
through the control of the CDC and the NIH, public health. They have all of the data from social security, all that dodge stuff, which is all working through Palantir systems. Everyone is going to be tuned, heard and conditioned by the behaviourists, by this behaviouralist ideology which rules their thinking.
And we have a virus which continues to mutate and kill large numbers of people all the time. Meanwhile, most people, most people think it's gone, think it's over. They've been convinced it's over through the disinfo-chloral. So we have this mad situation, although it's not mad because it's not normal. It's literally normalized and it's all around us.
It's all verifiable. Nothing I'm telling you here is in any way revolutionary. It may sound mad, but I've got hundreds of articles, journal, peer-reviewed articles from Nature, from Science, from the preeminent journals pointing to all of the empirically grounded assertions about how COVID is really bad news for all of us.
And the people who brought us this idea of mass infection, who were able to conceive of the idea and then were able to execute it, they were able to get it, for instance, mainstreamed into UK government policy over the course of a couple of months in early 2020, such that Alpha was brewed,
such that Delta was then brewed. And then it became really impossible, almost basically impossible to control COVID and then became more normalised so that people are constantly getting sick. But they don't blame COVID, they blame the other thing, And all their other illnesses are being activated,
whether it's cancer or other Epstein-Barrs or all these other viruses which COVID reactivates in us. And most of us aren't even aware of it. And this is the other monkey on Donald's back. So Donald, as an empty shell, is being, to some extent, controlled by the Russians.
But the Russians, as I say, thankfully, the good news is they're dead. And they have been outwitted and outsmarted by the Americans, by the Peter Thiels of the world. They've been played by them. So they used them to get Donald elected. And now Donald is elected. Now the CDC is in control of the anti-vaxxers, the mass infectionists.
the people whose whole philosophy is really depopulation. And this is the outcome and the aim and the goal and the effect of the policies which are being unfurled. So we read the stories, we read the distant folklore day by day, the latest shocking thing, but the whole system, that's what I'm giving you right now,
the whole system of what is actually happening. And this is why I'd like you to look at what is happening in America from the perspective of how most of Europe looked at France or America in the late 18th century. And that's really the most positive way I can put it because Peter Thiel and the people around him,
the people running America now, controlling Donald, who actually don't mind so much if Ukraine wins. So if it looked like it was going to help them that Ukraine loses or that Russia is their ally, they wouldn't care to sacrifice Ukraine. But as I understand it, Palantir has helped Ukraine quite a lot.
Ukraine has become so powerful and such a powerful force and has asserted itself so strongly that from their perspective, Ukraine can win and it doesn't matter to them. So Ukraine can make an ally of this crew, the Stanford, the Silicon Valley, the Peter Thiel crew. And that's very positive for the world,
but also for Ukraine supporters and obviously for Ukraine. It's very bad news for Russia because they bet everything that they could crush Ukraine. and by conquering America, by getting their man into the White House, that they would be able to then get Ukraine and conquer Ukraine.
But the bad news for the Russians is not only that Ukraine is eviscerating them, but Peter Thiel and co, the Americans have outsmarted them and are more powerful than them. So this, by taking control of the American government and by the American state, just at the time when Russia is weakest, this... And for instance,
in the public health element is how we can see how powerful the people around J.D. Vance are. So they managed to convince the world that mass infection was a proper way of dealing with this virus rather than eradication, which was what humanity for the past hundred years have tried to do. They've managed to brainwash them.
And if we remember how long it took China to to, and even now China's more careful than Western countries, but it took, China was like with lockdowns for about two years after COVID came out, but eventually even it was swept aside. We all remember Putla's long table and how they dealt with it,
but it was the philosophy coming out of Stanford and Silicon Valley, the idea that we don't need to lock down, we'll be able to convince people to offer themselves up for death, to sacrifice their granny on the altar of this false theory that mass infection to a mutating virus would lead to the eradication of that virus,
that the more times you were infected, the better it was for your immune system. So the only reason you need an immune system is to avoid being infected and avoid being harmed. And so the complete opposite, true to sim folklore, of what, if I had said to you in January 2020,
would be the way, logical way of dealing with viruses to avoid being affected by it. Through this disenfoked or apparatus, which is more powerful than what the Russians have. The Russians latched onto it and promoted its trolls, as indeed have the Chinese. We have a lot of documentary evidence in Ukraine.
I did a lot of work actually on COVID in Ukraine before the full-scale invasion, speaking to all of the elected leaders in areas which are now occupied by the Russians about how they were dealing with the the pandemic. And at the time, we had a lot of new age spiritualists, Vedic people,
who were basically Russian patsies in Ukraine, suddenly switched to become anti-vax YouTubers. Then they started organizing rallies, the same people organizing rallies against lockdowns. which wasn't really in Ukraine anyway, although they did take it extremely seriously and still are. I read that masks have been reintroduced to hospitals in Ukraine just yesterday.
So that this ideology of anti-vax and we saw the protests and far right. So Russia was able to latch on to that, as was the Chinese, but they didn't create it. It was created... in California where all these world beating ideas were created, including the software I'm using here, the hardware I'm using here.
So what we have here is the bad news. The good news is that Russia's gone, is being deleted. And watch with great enjoyment as this happens, because for hundreds of years, Russia has killed millions of people every decade or so and done really terrible things. It's the worst. really the worst of humanity, the worst of white European-ness,
which managed to occupy the lands between the Baltic Sea and the Sea of Japan and have held on to them for hundreds of years by doing the most horrific things. So the final destruction of the Russian state and its splintering into many different sovereign states offers Great opportunities.
But whatever the worst is to come from this, it will not be as bad. It cannot be as bad as what has already been done by Russia. So that's the good news. The bad news is the other monkey on Donald's back is these, let's call them the herd immunity.
immunity heights or the mass infectionists the people now in control of America who will now try to switch what I warned about in my Munich speech in February 2025 turn us all into a distant folklore galaxy of their making in which being infected by a deadly virus is a good thing, in which mass death of poor people,
it's estimated around 80 million people already have died because the Donald's administration cancelled USAID, which is hated. Peter Thiel spent a long time in South Africa by the South Africans. PayPal mafia, if you like. So we've got the Russian mafia running, Donald, one monkey on his back, and we've got the PayPal mafia,
the other monkey on his back. And the PayPal mafia have won. So that's bad news for Russia, but it's not necessarily good news for us. But what I want to, the one thing I really want to communicate today is the appointment this week of Jim O'Neill as head of CDC. who is one of Peter Thiel's lieutenants,
is in many ways the end of the beginning, the first phase, which began in January 2020 with the idea that we will persuade the world to accept mass infection. mass death as a proper way of dealing with a mutating, evolving virus that cleaves to our ACE2 receptors all over our body and has a super
antigen-like insert and so many tricks up its sleeve that we can now see in weekly papers published by Nature or Science or in Cell and various world-leading journals. that the proper way of dealing with that was by promoting mass infection. Now, these crew are triumphant.
They're in charge of public health in America and their ideas will roll out across the entire world. And it's not just their public health ideas. These are just a means to an end for them. They want to create sovereign cities. Washington DC is probably about to be given to Peter Thiel and this idea they're
trying to overtake Greenland and create a sovereign state there which is outside the current international legal system. So this is really revolutionary movement, which is as different from the norms today as America and France, revolutionary France, were from the norms of the late 18th century. And that's the message I want to leave with you today.
I'm in no way saying it will be as good as America, which was amazing at its best, and France, which still is amazing at its best, was. Tens of millions of people have already been killed, not just by COVID, but by the cancellation of USAID just in a few months or the great work that they did.
And this is just the beginning. So the ambition, the diabolical ambition of this crew of people is off the scale. It is on a level with the terror, with the French terror, or with the tactics the American revolutionaries used of killing every English person they could find in Boston and the like.
And so I suppose my only message to you today is, stock up on masks and compute the data through this perspective and be careful out there and we'll keep interpreting reality the best we can, decoding trolls at your service.
